Video Content Creator

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Content Creator to join our Social Media team in London. You’ll be the mastermind behind vertical video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts — translating complex financial topics into relatable, entertaining videos that grow our brand and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of short-form vertical video content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts

• Own the end-to-end content process — from ideation and scripting to shooting, editing, and publishing

• Produce a high volume of engaging, platform-native videos weekly

• Experiment with trends, audio, and creative storytelling formats

• Create various content styles: explainers, trending formats, UGC, behind-the-scenes, vox pops

• Collaborate with the Social Media team to align with campaigns and content strategy

• Monitor social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

• Ensure content is aligned with Guavapay’s brand tone and visual identity

• Track video performance and contribute to data-driven content improvements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional content creation experience or 5+ years as an independent creator with a strong portfolio

• Proven track record of creating viral or highly engaging content

• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

• Proficiency in editing tools like CapCut, mobile apps, and Adobe Suite (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects)

• Strong storytelling skills and creative thinking

• Comfortable being on camera when needed

• Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Analytical mindset with a passion for testing and optimizing content

• Bonus: Experience with Figma, basic animation, or scripting tools
