Analyze and document business and technical requirements for web- based systems
Work with development teams to ensure understanding of both front-end and back-end functionalities
Use Swagger and Postman for API testing and validation
Write and understand SQL queries to support analysis
Maintain documentation in Confluence and manage tasks using Jira
Develop and interpret flowcharts, process diagrams, and system workflows
Communicate clearly with stakeholders, gather requirements, and facilitate problem-solving discussions
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
Hands-on experience in web application development projects
Strong understanding of front-end and back-end components of web applications
High level of analytical skills
Proficiency with Swagger, Postman, and SQL
Confident user of Jira and Confluence
Ability to create and read detailed flowcharts and process diagrams
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English
Russian is a plus
