Our story

Guavapay is on a mission to facilitate global financial connectivity and foster financial inclusion through payment digitalisation. We want to break down barriers, bridge gaps and create accessible, secure and innovative financial solutions for individuals and businesses. From there, we began our journey towards building a global payments platform that fostered financial inclusivity and provided wider access to payments solutions. Now, Guavapay is a company with offices and licences around the world. Our team is more than 300 strong and is still rapidly growing. Our mission remains the same: to make the world a better place through inclusivity, diversity and ease of use.

Guavapay started as a team of 9 enthusiasts who wanted to revolutionize the world by introducing new disruptive technologies in the financial market. Having started as a card processor company, in two years Guava In 2019, when digitalisation at its’ booming, Guavapay received its FCA authorisation as a Small EMI and started its journey towards building a global payments platform to enable a more inclusive world. Nowadays Guavapay is a company with offices and licences around the world and 300+ employees. We do what we should do - we are making the world a better place for inclusivity, diversity and convenience.
