Which documents are accepted?
To verify your address, Guavapay accepts the following types of proof of address (POA) documents:

Utility bills (electricity, water, gas)
Bank statements

These documents must clearly show your full name and address and must have been issued within the last three months.

Which documents are not accepted?

Documents from fintech companies or neobanks: Documents issued by electronic money institutions are not accepted.
Documents issued more than three months ago: Documents that are outdated or older than three months will not be accepted for verification.
Unreadable or handwritten documents: Any document that is unclear, blurry, or handwritten will not meet the verification requirements.
