From humble beginnings to a global presence
Guavapay embarked on its journey in 2017 with a visionary team of nine9 enthusiasts who shared a determination to revolutionise the financial market through disruptive technologies. The company's inception as a card processing centre laid the foundation for seamless financial transactions, setting the stage for its future endeavours.
Today, we proudly stand as a global payments enabler, with our corporate headquarters based in the UK. Holding licences in Canada, the US and the EU, we operate offices with more than 300 professional colleagues in diverse regions across the globe.
We've established a robust in-house technology centre and launched five cutting-edge products, including an innovative All Things Payments App, MyGuava, which emerged last year. This accomplishment facilitated secure digital borderless payment solutions for a diverse clientele, while we continue to forge strong international relationships and partnerships at the same time as evolving our brand.
New look but consistent values
In just five years, Guavapay has swiftly experienced remarkable growth and development, prompting us to embrace change and unveil a new branding that better reflects our identity and aspirations.
Our basic colour is green. Green symbolises growth, life and renewal. The green colour is presented in different variations to mark the product and idea that is conveyed in the solution. For example, the acid green is for innovation, energy and globalisation. The dark green colour stands for the basement. It refers to the strong infrastructure and technology that are behind our solutions. The supportive colours are blue, orange and purple which leads to an idea of diversity, choice and stability.
It is impossible for the brand name to be called Guavapay and not be associated with the fruit guava. The fruit is nutrient-rich, packed with minerals and vitamins. The logo is round like the fruit and is presented in diverse colours to symbolise the usefulness of the product across a broad range of requirements.
